Visitors enjoyed regional wines, shared antipasti, and danced to live music from the area's best bands. While the bar exuded personality, its online presence didn’t fully capture its unique vibe. That’s where we came in—creating a dynamic web experience that matched the ambiance and energy of this beloved community spot.

CLAUDE’S STORY

In 2006, Claude founded Vino Bella, quickly turning it into Issaquah's premier spot for wine, art, music, and comedy. While the venue exuded class and sophistication, the website didn’t follow suit. Built on outdated, unsupported technology, the site was insecure and littered with harmful backlinks. It also wasn’t mobile-friendly, making it difficult for customers to engage from their devices. Both Claude and his clientele deserved a far better digital experience.

We stepped in just in time. When the pandemic forced Vino Bella to close under state mandate, we quickly built an e-commerce-enabled Weebly/Square website in under a week. This allowed Vino Bella to continue serving its community by offering food and wine for online purchase, giving locals a way to enjoy their gourmet sandwiches and wines from home.

As business resumed, we took things further, transitioning the site to Squarespace with a sleek, modern design that matched Vino Bella’s refined atmosphere. We introduced a touchless QR code system for easy access to a digital menu, making updates seamless for Claude’s staff. An integrated events and ticketing e-commerce system enabled secure ticket purchases and generated guest lists automatically, streamlining hours of phone calls and improving security for customers. We also crafted email templates for their popular monthly newsletter, keeping Vino Bella’s loyal patrons informed and engaged. Now, Vino Bella owns its digital presence, dominating the first page of search results for branded queries.

Today, Claude enjoys a Web Specialist Retainer and Graphics VIP subscription with us. We handle everything from event management and content updates to technical support. We also design custom graphics on demand for social media promotions and event posters. Additionally, we create a monthly Write Light piece—an engaging, informative email newsletter.
