Per-piece credits are purchased beforehand and used any time. 1 credit equals 1 static image piece. 1.5 credits = 1 asset with animated elements.
Monthly service payments are due before the first of the month when services will be provided. Monthly service can be cancelled after 7 days with a full refund. However, retainership will be lost upon cancelation.

If you are looking for high-level-customization, illustration, full branding or multi-marketing design from scratch, we have great partners to refer you to.

Turnaround SLA begins when a request is made via our graphics brief form. Revision feedback and requests reset the clock. However, you can be assured we will get your quality assets to you even more timely. We officially roll during business days and hours 9am - 5pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday. Truth be told though, we are online even more to support your needs.
