We ask for a 30% deposit before starting work, then full payment upon completion of the project. At that time, full ownership will be transferred to you. If you are not satisfied at any time during the project, a full refund of your deposit will be issued immediately with our gratitude. No questions asked.
If you cancel the project or the project goes beyond the maximum duration, you will have the options to be issued a full deposit refund OR yield the deposit for any work done to date.
Monthly service payments are due before the first of the month when services will be provided. Monthly service can be cancelled within 7 days with a full refund. However, retainership will be lost upon cancelation.

All prices are in addition to the Squarespace subscription and any add-ons such as email marketing, ecommerce upgrades, Acuity scheduling, or other Squarespace or third party extensions, font licenses and premium stock images.
However, as a client of a Squarespace Circle member, you will receive a 20% discount on your Squarespace subscriptions!
